Your First Pregnancy Massage

Your position on the massage table will be in side-lying on your left and right side. Your session will include massage on your head, neck, back, shoulders, legs, and feet. If there is a particular area you would like more time spent on, it’s up to you to let the therapist know. Some women prefer just neck and shoulder work for an hour session, and that’s fine too.

Frequency

It is suggested to receive massage once per week in the second trimester and twice a week (or more) during the third trimester. Weekly pregnancy massage clients are eligible for a reduced fee schedule. Call for more details.
