For individuals looking to relax in a spa-like environment, we offer a variety of services geared toward well-being and relaxation. From heated stone therapies to aromatherapy and foot reflexology, we are able to create a tranquil and healthful environment.

Gift Certificates
Massages make wonderful and thoughtful gifts. Gift certificates can be purchased in 30 and 60 minute increments. Gift Certificates may also be purchased for specific services upon request.

Swedish Massage
- Improved circulation and reduced muscular tension for the purpose of relaxation. A Light to medium touch allows a greater sense of serenity and comfort. For deeper work, see deep tissue.
- 60 minutes $65

Deep Tissue and Trigger Point Release
- Massage focuses on deeper layers of muscles and more specific muscle groups. Trigger points are released, interrupting the body’s chronic pain patterns. At least one Swedish session is required before experiencing Deep Tissue Massage.

Expecting Mothers
- Enjoy a pregnancy massage for expecting mothers. Therapist focuses on upper shoulders, neck and legs. Some light foot work and stretches aid in perfect relaxation. For more information see the pregnancy and massage page.

Aroma-Heal Massage
- Seven different essential oils are layered on the soles of feet and spine. A light massage is applied while oils provide decreased inflammation and increased sense of wellness.

Adirondack Stone Therapy
- Experience the deeply relaxing and penetrating heat from the all natural basalt stones. Water-heated stones are used to massage heat directly into muscles while aromatic notes of cedar, pine and lavender, provide an authentic Adirondack ambiance.

Aroma Sole Massage
- Recline and elevate your soul while receiving foot reflexology and massage to legs and feet. Soon after, warmed golf balls are massaged to the soles of your feet while aromatic scents of citrus and peppermint will revitalize the senses .

Sinus Relief
- A warm herbal pack of peppermint, eucalyptus, cloves and spearmint is applied to the sinuses following a relaxing facial massage.

Full Body Stretch
- Experience a one-on-one personal stretching session tailored to your level and needs. Each muscle group is addressed with passive and assisted movements. This is great for personal pain management and increased flexibility. Wear loose fitted clothing or active wear to this treatment session.

MIMMT Policies
- You are encouraged to drink plenty of water following your session. Why? Manipulation of muscle fibers releases metabolic waste from the muscles into the blood and lymph vessels. It is important to flush these toxins from your body to further prevent pain or aches.
- Wear lose or comfortable clothing to stretching sessions.
- Please arrive a few minutes early to your appointment. As a courtesy to clients, all sessions will begin and end on time.
- A 24 hour cancellation policy is greatly appreciated. Frequent cancellations may be subject to a fee.
- MIMMT always accepts Visa and Mastercard.

MIMMT’s On-Site Chair Massage
The rejuvenating effects of massage during the work day can provide a reduced stress atmosphere and increase morale and productivity. This is a convenient way for the therapist to travel directly on-site and provide chair massage.
The massage chair is a great tool of convenience because it requires only 6 square feet of space. The massage is administered without removal of clothing.
