MIMMT Workshop for Coaches
This workshop covers common muscles imbalances found in gymnasts due to overuse patterns. In this workshop, you will learn to identify postural deviation and restrictive muscle patterns that may be inhibiting gymnast from performing certain skills.
In this workshop you will also learn how overuse without stretching leads to injury and chronic pain patterns. Identifying postural deviations early can help reduce the likelihood for injury in the future.
