Helios Really Works!

I did another Sprint Triathlon this week-end in Sodus Point, NY. My time was 1:33:36, not bad for my second race. It was a humid morning, as I set up my transition area and powered down some gummies. Twenty minutes before the race began, I sprayed my knees, ankles, and neck with Helios. Since I’ve had 2 ACL reconstructive surgeries on my knees, sprained ankles and bone spurs in my neck, it’s important to remain pain free. The Helios product works great because I can spray it on before my event, do some stretches and I’m good to go. Here we are a day after and still, I’m not even sore anywhere…. I love it.

Sewing Spa Week-End

I was so honored to work with Janet again this week-end at the annual Calico Gals Summer Sewing Spa. I was there teaching a few classes and providing relaxing massage therapy services. For those of you that attended this fabulous event, I had such a great time, next year I want to bring my sewing machine and play. I was very happy to see so much interest in my stretching class this year. I hope everyone had the opportunity to grab a stretching “how to” card, if not just email me and I’ll get one out to you. Keep checking back for my “DIY” page on sugar scrubs, room fresheners and such. I promised I would link all my resources for supplies and it’s coming. See you soon.

Pain Relief Spray

I have been training for a triathlon and I have been getting every ache and pain from ankle issues to knee pain. Having had 2 ACL replacement surgeries, I am no stranger to joint pain. I discovered this spray that is all natural with essential oils…Helios Pain Relief Spray…Love it. Before I go runnng in the morning, I spray my knees and my ankles and I’m good to go. I love it so much, I decided to sell it in my office. I stand behind this product so much, I will be putting my Helios pain relief spray in my race day bag. I use this now during my treatment sessions when I’m giving medical massage and trigger point therapy and I’ve seen great results on my clients.

Massage feels great

I get massage every other week in conjuction with chiropractic care. Due to the active lifestyle I lead, with coaching and being a massage therapist, I feel the greatest relief when I am taking care of myself. My adjustments are opposite weeks of massage so I’m actually getting some sort of care every week for maintaining a pain free life. This combo of chiropractic and massage kept me pain free for the 2008 Empire State Games, where I won 2 golds and a silver in the masters gymnastics comp.
