Getting Ready for The Iron Girl

Chantel and I have been training for the Iron Girl all spring and now we are ready for the race. The Iron Girl will take place at Oneida Shores on Sunday, July 26th at 7am. Not only have we been training for this event, we have been raising money as well. The money raised will benefit The Children’s Hospital at The Albany Medical Center. I have also set up a raffle for a 1 hour massage gift certificate. The tickets are $2 each and $5 for 3. I will match all funds made from the raffle as a donation to the Children’s Hospital. If you get the chance, stop in and pick up a ticket or 3.

Chase Corporate Challenge

Aspen Athletic Club

Another successful event at Aspen Athletic Club in Cicero, NY
On thursday, May 28 I was attending the customer appreciation bash at Aspen Athletic Club. I was impressed with the turn out and the interest level in Massage Therapy. I was giving 15 minute sports massage sessions for pre and post workouts. In addition to the massage, I was also giving out samples of Helios Pain Relief Spray. I look forward to the next customer appreciation event at Aspen.

On-Site at Aspen

I will be at Aspen Athletic Club in Cicero, NY with Dr. Chantel Moran on Thursda, April 30 from 4-9pm. Aspen will be hosting another Grand Opening Party with music, food and lots of give-aways. We will be on location for consultation and free screenings. I will have my table this time and will be providing sports massage and stretches. See you there!

Aspen Athletic Club Event

Once again the Doc and myself teamed up for another onsite event. Last night we were at Aspen in Cicero, celebrating their Grand Opening Launch Party. At the event, a DJ, Insurance reps, Buffalo Wild Wings, another chiropractor and of course US. We met some great people. We are looking forward to doing this event again in April. Stay tuned for dates and times as we get closer.

Health Fair!

Sunday was the Nature-Tyme Health Fair at the Syracuse Fair Grounds. Everything went great. Dr. Moran and I were there all day from 7:30am-5pm. I enjoyed meeting so many new people and sharing my expertise. The show was awesome, I actually got to venture outside of my booth and get some samples of Burt’s Bees, MyChelle Dermaceuticals, and Aubrey Skin care. I also headed downstairs for the yummy tastings of everything from organic grape leaves to “Rice Cream.” If you missed out this year, I highly suggest going next year. Hopefully I will see some of you in my office soon.

Getting ready for the Natur-Tyme Health Fair

I am happy to announce that I will be at Nature-Tyme’s “2009 Time to Shine” Health Fair, held on Sunday, March 29, 2009 from 9am-5pm. I will be giving chair massage on the third floor, where I will be sharing a booth with Dr. Chantel Moran, DC. and my good friend Marcia Pringnon of Soleley U. We will have some great give-aways, raffles and great information. Aspen Fitness Event

TONIGHT from 4-8pm, Muscles In Motion and Advantage Chiropractic will be at Aspen Athletic Clubs in Cicero, NY. Aspen is celebrating their new location from inside Driver’s Village to the former Office Max Building, next to Driver’s Village. The new facility is huge and has a lot of great perks including a cinema cardio room. Aspen also has an extensive class schedule in addition to top of the line fitness equipment. I will be there tonight providing free chair massage. Stop in, I’ll see you there!

PINKY STONE GYMNASTICS INVITATIONAL

Friday December 5 thru Sunday December 7, 2008 The CNY Gymnastics Centre will host a statewide gymnastics invitational at the Syracuse Oncenter. Muscles In Motion Massage Therapy will be there along with three other massage therapists all day friday and saturday. We will be providing seated massage therapy for everyone at the meet. The cost is $1 per minute for seated and sports massage. This is a great opportunity to come out and support your local Syracuse gymnasts and cheer them on. All levels will be competing, from beginner to level 10.
