Getting the Word Out About Sports Massage
This past week-end, Megan and I traveled to the Downtown Syracuse Convention Center for the Pinky Stone Gymnastics Invitational. Our purpose was to get the word out to gymnasts, parents and coaches about the benefits of massage for improved athletic performance. We did several Sports Massages for the gymnasts competing. Gymnasts that got a massage also sampled the Helios Pain Relief Spray and loved it.
