Hello everyone our Holiday Open House and Patient Appreciation Party is tomorrow. We are celebrating form 12-2pm on Saturday, December 12, 2009 at our Cicero location. Cold Days Are Good For A Massage

When you come in to the office for a massage at Muscles In Motion Massage Therapy, located in Cicero, this is what you can expect: A happy, healthful environment with a warm welcome as soon as you walk in the door. Everyday is a good day with positive encouragement that you can take with you. When you crawl on to a heated massage table, you’ll notice the linens are warm and cozy. Each 30 minute or longer massage session begins with heated clay packs that are placed on tired and achy muscles of the back. Eventually breathing slows down as the parasympathetic nervous system takes over. Digestion begins, heart rate slows, and relaxation takes over. Experience it for yourself

Getting the Word Out About Sports Massage

This past week-end, Megan and I traveled to the Downtown Syracuse Convention Center for the Pinky Stone Gymnastics Invitational. Our purpose was to get the word out to gymnasts, parents and coaches about the benefits of massage for improved athletic performance. We did several Sports Massages for the gymnasts competing. Gymnasts that got a massage also sampled the Helios Pain Relief Spray and loved it.

New Products For Christmas

I have new products in for the Christmas season. Stop in to my office and check out the all natural Helios pain relief spray, hand cream and soaking salts. You can also buy these great products at The Pinky Stone Gymnastics Invitational this week-end at the Convention Center, through the CNY Gymnastics Booster Club. I will be launching a new product, The Shuzi Qi jewelry line. These products are embedded with a tiny chip that vibrates at the same frequency as the cells in your body creating better communication patterns for endurance, strength, balance and mental clarity, can’t believe it, check it out for yourself and enjoy a free demo this week-end. In addition to the great demos on the Helios and Shuzi Qi products, I will be there with some other massage therapists providing chair and sports massage for $10 and $15 per session.
