Happy Thanksgiving

Hope everyone had a great thanksgiving. I spent this year with my family following the first Turkey Trot I’ve ever experienced. I ran a 2.5 mile fun run with my cousin Corina. I felt great and I still ate my share in pumpkin pie.

PINKY STONE GYMNASTICS INVITATIONAL:
CNY Gym Centre located in Shopping town Mall is hosting the Pinky Stone Gymnastics Invitational. This will be a statewide gymnastics competition held in the Downtown Convention Center in Syracuse from December 4-6. I will be there with some other massage therapists doing chair massage and sports massage for the athletes. For more details go to the organizers website: CNY Gym Centre
HOLIDAY OPEN HOUSE:
On December 12 from 12-2pm, 5797 State Route 31, SUITE 1 ( that’s our office location )
We will be hosting a patient appreciation Holiday Open House on 12/12/09 from 12-2pm. This would be a good time to bring your friends and family out and get gift certificates for massage therapy. We will have prizes, refreshments and FREE chair massage by our newest addition Megan Caron, LMT. Keep your eyes open for our ad in the Post Standard Neighbors and bring it with you for a special gift.
