Autumn Scents
Lately I’ve become very interested in aromatherapy. Aside from some of the basic scents I use in some of my signature treatments, I been mixing new scents. Right now, I have a rosemary, lavender and eucalyptus blend infusing steamed towels for application during all massages. One of my latest room scents for fall mixes the fresh, sweet orange with a spicey cinnimon. I have also been inspired to dash a little clove ( a natural antiseptic) and a little peppermint (a natural anti-inflammatory) into my creations.
All next week, I’ll be using the rosemary, lavender and eucalyptus blend in the steamed towels. As always, I use only 100% pure, organic jojoba to blend my essential oils. Next week’s blend will be the rosemary and peppermint with the jojoba. Jojoba is a natural conditioner so it dosen’t clog your pores or leave your skin feeling greasy
