I will be teaming up with Advantage Chiropractic on Thursday, September 18th from 2-4. We will be doing Free Blood Pressure screenings, Spinal screening, Postural analysis and Free chair massage. Come in and visit our Cicero office location.
Here is a link I found to the American Heart Association. This website will let you sign up using your Windows live ID, and begin logging your BP, weight, activity levels and more.
